Deputy Director General Education (Islamabad)

• Overall, In-Charge / Head of Operations/ Policy in Federal Directorate of Education and its 424 allied educational institutions in the capital territory
• Responsible for Educational leadership, Management and Administration of Federal Directorate of Education Islamabad and its allied institutions
• Implementation of Policy, plans and programs in education sector assigned by the Federal Government in Islamabad capital territory
• Maintain Collaboration/ public private partnerships and Liaison with International development partners, NGOs and Community based Organizations at National and local level for improving the quality of Education and Sustainable Development Goals
• Responsible to provide conducive learning environment, development of curriculum, provision of free books, conduct of Examinations, Recruitment training and professional development of HR (teaching and non-teaching staff) provision of physical infrastructure/ facilities to impart free and quality education to the children of Islamabad capital territory
• Briefing to the higher authorities including National Assembly and Senate on policy issues or any other official duty assigned by Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training / Federal Government

• Public-Private Partnership initiatives, Letters of understanding and agreements with stakeholders and Partners

• Provision of missing facilities for educational institutions and monitoring of Development projects
