Roles & Responsibilities
- All service matter of Employees of FDE (HQ) and AEO Offices including posting / transfers and discipline.
- All kind of Procurement for FDE HQ (utilization of budget)
- To assist framing of Recruitment Rules and amendments therein of FDE & Non-Teaching staff under FDE.
- Preparation / finalization of seniority lists of FDE HQ /AEO offices
- Drafting of Para-wise comments of court cases / Wafaqi Mohtasib
- Security of FDE (HQ) / Institutions
- Provision / maintenance of transport
- E-Office implemented in FDE (HQ) by equipping Scanners & other IT related accessories.
- HR Education Management Information System (HRMIS) with Biometric Attendance installed and functional in all institutions and FDE HQ’s
- Established a Data Center and IT Support in FDE HQ
- PMDU technical support is functional and 1425 plus PMDU complaints resolved amicably
- Registration of buses purchased under PMERP
- 100% Utilization of budget of year 2018-19
- One Window Operation is established
- Clearance /removal of all stores /debris from building area of FDE HQ.
- Barbed wires installed on the boundary walls of FDE HQ and institutions.
