- Preparation of promotion cases, Time Scale cases Implementation of all the Govt Policies, Plans and programs through Area education Officers
- Ensure effective Monitoring and Evaluation, Data collection and Reporting through AEOs
- To resolve the complaints lodge by the general public on PM Citizen Portal
- Responding to National Assembly & Senate questions
