Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee management and monitoring of field offices and learning activities in educational institutions.
- Liaison and Coordination with educational institutions and purpose rationalized allocation of resources- human and financial on need basis for educational institutions and field offices for improved functioning.
- Support in implementation of all the academic/ administrative/ financial policies, plans and programs of FDE.
- Performance management and appraisal of HR/Institutions and reporting for continuous improvement.
- Collection of field data and generation of reports on special assignment.
