Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee management and monitoring of field offices and learning activities in educational institutions.
  • Liaison and Coordination with educational institutions and purpose rationalized allocation of resources- human and financial on need basis for educational institutions and field offices for improved functioning. 
  • Support in implementation of all the academic/ administrative/ financial policies, plans and programs of FDE. 
  • Performance management and appraisal of HR/Institutions and reporting for continuous improvement. 
  • Collection of field data and generation of reports on special assignment.
